Racionalidade tecnocrática: uma visão pós-keynesiana da inteligência artificial na gestão Acadêmica

O presente estudo analisa a incorporação da inteligência artificial (IA) nos modelos de gestão acadêmica de universidades públicas e privadas, à luz das correntes ortodoxa e heterodoxa da economia. Fundamentado em uma abordagem teórico-analítica, o artigo discute como a IA redefine a racionalidade institucional, equilibrando eficiência técnica e finalidade social no ensino superior. Argumenta-se que, sob a ótica ortodoxa, a IA reforça mecanismos de controle e desempenho, enquanto, sob a perspectiva heterodoxa, representa uma ferramenta de democratização e inovação na política educacional. Conclui-se que a integração entre governança algorítmica e princípios de equidade pode configurar um novo paradigma de gestão educacional, voltado tanto à produtividade quanto à inclusão.
